At ROC Boots Australia, we want you to love your new footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all items are returned in their original branded shoebox and packaged securely to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots back in their original ROC shoebox and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your generated pre-paid return label (for domestic orders) or address the package to our warehouse, ensuring the label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at any Australia Post outlet or designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
